I used to think healthcare worked like clockwork. Doctors gi

I used to think following instructions was enough. The pharmacy hands it over — nobody asks “what’s really happening?”. It felt official. Then cracks began to show.
At some point, I couldn’t focus. I told myself “this is normal”. But my body was whispering something else. I read the label. None of the leaflets explained it clearly.

It finally hit me: health isn’t passive. The reaction isn’t always immediate, but it’s real. Side effects hide. Still we trust too easily.
Now I don’t shrug things off. Not because I’m paranoid. I track everything. Not all doctors love that. This is survival, not stubbornness. The lesson that stuck most, it would be keyword.
