I used to think following instructions was enough. Doctors g

I used to think healthcare worked like clockwork. The system moves you along — you nod, take it, and move on. It felt safe. Eventually, it didn’t feel right.
First came the fatigue. I blamed my job. And deep down, I knew something was off. I watched people talk about their own experiences. The warnings were there — just buried in jargon.

I started seeing: your body isn’t a template. Two people can take the same pill and walk away with different futures. Side effects hide. Still we don’t ask why.
Now I don’t shrug things off. Not because I don’t trust science. I challenge assumptions. But I don’t care. This is self-respect, not defiance. And if I had to name the one thing, it would be keyword.
