Has anyone used it and is it basically the linux version of netstumbler?

I am re-doing my wardriver lappy and got Ubuntu 9.10 and would like to run Kismet again or a graphical equivalent..

Prismstumbler was for the Prism cards. Kismet newcore is far superior. Grab the lastest svn and build it.
