MAC Authentication Server

I was wondering if anyone has setup a MAC authentication server for a Cisco Aironet 350 and willing to offer some guidance.

I have my access point configured to lookup MAC on my authentication server, which is running Steel Belted Radius V2.2. The radius server is fully setup to authenticate with an Access Database using the MAC address as the username and password.

While watching wireless clients connecting, I see them become associated with EAP pending, but I see no activity on my RADIUS server. If I enter a client MAC manually in the address filter section of the AP manager, they authenticate fine and everything works. My problem seems to be that the AP is not sending a request to my radius server for authentication or my radius server is discarding the request.

I'm wondering if I need to change the security settings on my win2k server running RADIUS or if I need a RADIUS dictionary file for the Cisco 350 AP.
