I'm in Hampton, about 20 minutes south of Atlanta.

I have quite a collection of APs from the airport south. Where can we upload and download them?

I heard they found a new use for sheep in VA......

They get wool from them.

hey i live in savannah, and im inexperienced wardriver, ive driven around savannah and smaller cities outside, id say i picked up about 50-70 aps in savannah alone, I wanna know whats a good setup for me tho, i want something that will pickup well and easy to hook up to the wifi nic, preferrably a top notch kit already put together :L, and there are a few projects im trying to do, where i work is about 3 miles from one end of the property to the other, but i would prolly need a range of about 1 mile, im wanting to get a small sized ap up somewhere and be able to access it while in my vehicle with my laptop and antenna, basically what im doing is, i work as a securit guard and wanna try to be online while driving around the property, heavily amount of tree's too

I'm moving to Georgia in June/July of this year, Newnan to be exact. It's not to far from Atlanta, about a half hour drive if I remember correctly. I'm moving from Fort Myers, Florida, the armpit of Florida and have done some extensive wardriving down here. Heck even Sprint has three Cisco AP's with no WEP in their CO.

I have a pretty good setup, in my opinion:

Compaq Armada M700
PIII 500
512MB
12GB HDD
DVD-Rom
OS - Fedora Linux Core 1
Linksys 802.11G PCMCIA Card

Compaq Persario RS3000+
AMD64 1.8Ghz.
512MB
60GB HDD
DVDRW/CDRW
OS - Windows XP Pro.
Built in 802.11G Wireless, Bluetooth.

I also just pruchased an Omni antenna, pigtail, iPAQ with Orinoco silver, and a GPS system for it.

I'll keep watching these forums and let you all know when I get to Georgia and have some time to go out and meet you all.

A three hour drive, for some beer and good company ? That should be close enough. Either one of you two lazy bastards should take that drive. Or go both of ya, and do a stumble untill ya meet up halfway.
BTW. Remember to upload the stumbles to Wigle. :D

That's a nice neighborhood.

How much are they asking for that yellow two-story across the street?
