I'm in Gig Harbor Washington. I checked WiFiMaps.com and the city hasn't been touched. It's time for a wardrive rally. Is anyone interested in getting together? I have no idea how to set one up. Any suggestions would be great.

If you can ever get to the maps at wigle.net give them a look see as well. Would be kind of nice to have a pre-drive before the next WWWD!

35+ access points within 3 blocks of my home. Probably a third or less use WEP.

Anyone else in the Oak Harbor/Whidbey Island area?

I love geocaching and am really loving wardriving. What could be better than a WiFi geocache? Go wardriving and get some goodies at the end of the drive. If you are in the area drop on by and have some fun.

Drove a friend of ours to a funeral in Omak. We didn't know the 'participant' so we hit up Wal-Mart and poked around for a bit. Got almost 200 new networks.

Have to go to Sea-Tac in March. I've been looking at the WiGle map for Seattle, and it has some 'unexplored' looking areas in West Seattle.
(Just no hits? I can't believe with all the folks in Seattle Wireless that it hasn't been driven.)

Anyway, I was going to poke around the East Side (South of I-90) and see what I get. (Another 250 + new and I can get ahead of Thorn!)

Looking around SeaWireless, they were yakking about doing something with a site on Baldy. Looks like the Ham Packet folks have a link to Naneum which is just south of us. Hmm....

Olympia here...
More access points than I would expect in a town this size but nothing like Seattle or Portland...

No stash, they were from the shmoocon trip. NYC to DC was new for me and netted about 1300. Less than half were new to WIGLE
