Wifi_KLynn: Although now long gone, you can read about Uk participation in the World Wide War Drive at the link below. Hopefully it'll give you more of an idea about the Uk scene and get you ready for next years event:

Shit...

I think every post I have attempted in the last week has had some sort of glareing factual error; I think I'm just tired. And yeah, I always think of years in terms of the academic variety: My year ends sometime in May and new years is the start of August. It's just one of my many methods of distancing myself from the real world ;)

Hi all,

Went for my first wardrive yesterday around nottingham: in 10 minutes I picked up 42 APs, 18 of which were secured.

Just need to get myself an GPs device to record the exact locations and possibly an antenna (thanks for the ebay link kuvo).

Where abouts do you stumble beermuppet? - I just drove around my neighbourhood (wollaton) for a couple of minutes. Some time soon i'l make a full list of APs in wollaton and surrounding area.

Well, I see someone's hit cardiff up pretty good recently; it was rather undone when I mapped a load of points a couple of months back, now it's looking much more busy.

Who was that then? Glad to see you left a little bit for me ;)
