Hahahaha, I'll add that for the western PA folks since they're so close to WVA.

Every year in Pittsburgh there is a Beer Tasting festival at the Coors Ampitheatre down by the river (right up from Hooter's). They have dozens of microbrews from all over PA there. I think it's sometime in August or September. Last time I was there we hung out by the Yuengling stand almost the entire time since that was the best stuff there.

I hear ya', bro. Premium in bottles rocks! I usually bring back a few cases on my trips between Va and OH. I have a couple of my brothers hooked on it.

And no trip to the 'Burgh is complete without a stop "don the strip" to Penn-Mac.

Common sense doesn't offer a definitive answer and is clearly not objective or true to what authoritative standards bodies decided, but a definitive answer is exactly what I found at the IEEE website. Also, if Wikipedia is useless it's because its users are not posting information like those hard facts I was looking to find by starting this thread. Personally I think Wikipedia is very useful although not so much in this instance, but I suppose it's up to me as a Wikipedia user to go modify the content there to include this useful information that I found elsewhere.

Wait a minute. I thought the original question was WHAT characters were permissible. Not how many...
