You're saying that there is absolutely no info attached to the router? Nothing on the front panel? Nothing on the back panel? Nothing on the underside? Model number? Serial number? ABSOLUTELY NOTHING?

By the way, speaking of gits, you're coming across like one. We require proper spelling, capitalization and punctuation on these forums. Please read the Rules.

Thorn told you in post #3 - hard reset back to factory specs. That will fix it.

It justa need be flowmatted. You drop it on da flow from 'bout 10 feet in de air! Of course itsa worka better if it be a hard tile flow....

If there is no ID on it, maybe you could take some pictures of it (all six-or-so sides) and link them here. No guarantees that it'll be recognized, but maybe someone will be able to spot a reset button.

Usually it says "Reset" real close to it. If all else fails, put it in the microwave for 30 seconds. That usually resets them.
