For some reason the live cd (based on slax) detected my Atheros AR5001 card as AR242x so I couldn't get it to scan as my adapter wouldn't come up in the program. But looking through the help files it mentions it saves the logs as a "kismet compatible" file. So I gonna guess they just took kismet and slapped a gui on it and mashed it up to plot the points on nasa's World Wind program. Not really any different than other programs out there.

I just noticed that this screen shot mentions netstumbler as a wardriving tool.

Ha! Classic.
Can't remember what it was but some time ago I was watching a movie or TV show and a comment was made to this snotty-euro-trash woman by another character..." shouldn't you be out chasing Moose and Squirrel?"

Now that was funny shit...

I might have a hookup to get me a copy. We'll see. I'm very curious how things are tied together or if they are discreet utilities.

Murphy Brown said it to a snotty Russian woman. I loved that line.

(I'm hell at Trivial Pursuit...) ;)

Dunno, never played it. Actually, though for American TV trivia, I'm not that good, having not watched most American shows of the last 30 years. If it's classic (pre-1970's) movies though, I could probably hold my own.

<evil> <rubs hands together> I'd be up for that. Although I should warn you, with just my cousin on my side, we have taken on teams of six people and beat them in less than thirty minutes.

Maybe I should bring him... ;)

Back on topic... I was having breakfast with DaKahuna this morning, and he said DOD has had Flying Squirrel out for a while now.

Seems to ring a bell, however this seems to be a fresh revision.

At any rate, I'm still curious
