My cellphone is bletooth enabled, and my phone is a Motorola V600. I am wondering if their is any way for my phone to act as a GPS device for KisMAC?

The reason I pointed out romeo is because most BT to PC programs are really just virtual serial ports, i.e. the program listens to that port for the data.

Your real problem is with the phone. The phone must transmit the GPS data through BT. That means that you will need a BREW program, midlet, or java code that writes NMEA strings out through BT. You will probably have to roll your own since there isn't a lot of generic interfaces. Search the forum for BREW, there was a thread on this a while back.
