Our version of the National Inquierer is actually our local news paper
The Advocate. They are the only paper in town and have been for along time. You figure since we lived in a major city that we would be able to get another paper in here to get another perspective on news. It is also unspoken knowledge that there are certain reasons why this has never come about. Politics plays a large role in it. I personally think they pay off someone in the local government.
When I go looking at news stories, I usually hit several resources and also a few outside the states so I can get a more rounded view on the article.
I'm going to go track down an email address now
