I just signed up another site site that uses the same forum program and since it's been so long since I signed up here and I don't want to create a bogus account do we have a welcome message?

The first time I logged in on the other forum I saw

I'm thinking we have links to the all the pertinent sections in the welcome desk, faq, etc.

I don't think there is one. If so, it wasn't very memorable. :p

If there isn't one, one should be created. Maybe it should read.

You haven't made your first post yet, now is the time. Please do so without reading the welcome desk. If you have an inane question that's been asked thousands of times before, feel free to ask it without first searching the forums. If you need immediate help, please ask for one of our resident spoonfeeders to solve all your problems.

Thank you.

On behalf of ALL the moderators and the administrators of the NS forums, I have just put a contract on streaker69 with some columbian friends.
Please stay at least 10 feet away from him, unless you want to be caught in the crossfire. You have been warned.

I know some people from Columbia, PA. Although the only reason anyone goes there is for the cheesy strip bar.

So it wasn't one of them, who at the last presidential campaign entered the podium, lifted her skirt, dropped her drawers, and shouted at the top of her lungs : "I'll show you how to vote: NO MORE BUSH!!!" ?

Why should Thorn be the only one getting preferential treatment, and not be bothered by the newbies ??!?

I'm thinking of an "Abandon Hope, All Ye Who Enter Here" kinda thing, but that would be misleading, as this forum is very helpful. Maybe "Abandon Credibility, All Tards Who Enter Here".
