If you would be so kind as to provide the following info.

Any wireless cards / Client Adapters! PCMCIA / USB / PCI...

1. Manufacturer
2. Model # / Version #
3. FCC ID #

I need at least the FCC ID# (or good quality internals pictures).

Example:

Linksys
WPC11 / V4
PKW-WPC11V4

Thanks a bunch.

P.S. If you don't want to post it here then feel free to PM it to me.

Because he asked ?

I see no problem in giving the requested info. he isn't asking for MAC numbers or anything that could be used mischieviously. My guess is that wrzwaldo is trying to compile a list of cards with FCC ID, so people can look up the specs and pics.

The only personal information being requested is your knowledge of FCC ID numbers. I'm sure MetaWarPosting is not a malicious activity.

You (or anyone) don't have to give the info if you don't want to. You could also have opted not to post if you were not going to provide the info. If you don't want to contribute just sit back and STFU!

Also note:

The information I have asked for is NOT "personal information".

1. Manufacturer
2. Model # / Version #
3. FCC ID #

Looking good wrzwaldo.. If you want similar pics of the Topcom card, just holler, and I'll dissassemble it, and make it a Kodak Moment..

Lets give it a few days and see if someone has already opened theirs up (unless you are itching to get into yours).

Waldo, I haven't read you link yet. Do you only want cards that work with NS or any cards regardless?

Thanks,
Justin
