Driver Request - Alvarion Breezenet PC-DS.11b

Postby nashr » Sun Apr 02, 2006 2:28 pm

The Alvarion site no longer has these drivers. It appears that they've dropped this product line. Does anyone have the Windows drivers archived anywhere? I know I have them burned to a CD somewhere, but due to some recent changes in my living situation I can't locate that particular disc.

I'm dug through here, the Alvarion site, personalwireless.org and Google with no luck. I'm hoping someone here has a copy stashed away. Thanks!

That is an ORiNOCO Classic Gold rebadge AFAIR. Can't you use the ORiNOCO drivers with that card ?

To be honest, I really don't know. It worked fine with the original drivers (back when I had them) and I never bothered to explore other possibilities. Guess I'll have a go at finding those drivers and doing some testing.

That looks like the correct file... I'll double check at home this evening. I knew I could count on all of you! (How could I forget that site?)
