Yesterday I had some difficulties when starting AM Survey on my Tablet PC. Posted a case at their site at 16:00 (4 PM) wich I believe equals 5 AM where they are located in the US. 3 hours later I downloaded a fix from their ftp site wich solved the problem, apparently some timing issue. Considering the time zone difference that´s quite allright, don´t you think?
