For years, I assumed healthcare worked like clockwork. Doctors give you pills — you nod, take it, and move on. It felt official. Then cracks began to show.
At some point, I couldn’t focus. I told myself “this is normal”. But my body was whispering something else. I read the label. The warnings were there — just buried in jargon.
That’s when I understood: health isn’t passive. The same treatment can heal one and harm another. Reactions aren’t always dramatic — just persistent. Still we don’t ask why.
